SNO concluded its Annual General Meeting this past weekend with many familiar faces retaining their roles on the Board of Directors, alongside one new addition. Peter Augruso (Director at Large), Rosemarie Bava (Vice-President), Taras Sawula (Treasurer), Bill Komar (Director of Senior Soccer), and Anna Gibbon (Director of Public Relations and Promotions) all retained their positions with the Board after the AGM elections, while Greg Holden was added as the District's new Technical Director. Greg brings a wealth of experience to the position having previously played, coached, and officiated within the UK, US, and Canada. He brings 15 years of administrative managerial experience and at one time served as the Club President for a soccer club in Ottawa, ON. Greg joins the SNO Board of Directors during an important transition period as the first stages of the new LTPD plan are making their way across the province. His knowledge and experience of the game will be counted on to guide the technical aspects of the game in the District.
